I haven't received the phone since I placed my order on Aug 28th. I've called & chatted with customer service to determine why the order has not shipped even though I requested 2 day service, which should have been delivered within that time frame even after a holiday. Customer service has offered me several incentives to correct the problem, but it doesn't help not being able to contact a family member who is disabled. We still need a phone. I did receive the case for the phone from a separate order, but that's useless at this point.

So far the phone is good. My issue was more with its delivery. I paid extra to have it delivered in 24 hours by FedEx. It turned up three days later. Also I spent over an hour on the phone with a very helpful person at Verizon address of delivery changed and it ultimately arrived at the original address even though I had been assured that it would go to the new address

Great value - good used quality - but poor shipping paid for next day delivery on Thurs 19th didn’t get phone til late on Monday 23rd. Still charged me for late delivery.

My silent mode is on and I dont know how to turn it off. There is not 3 buttons on the side of phone and there is only 2 button which is the volume and cant find in settings, Can anyone assist please.
