I purchased an Apple I watch refurbished and apparently you have to buy the charger separate. Mine came with no charger and when I called to inquire about it, they told me I had to purchase it separate. They told me that before I bought it I would never have gotten.

I’ve had my watch for almost a year now, still not getting cellular service, plus they have charged me reconnection fees if I forgot to pay my bill, and they temporarily suspend service, to which they no longer give you a notification or text to remind you. I have two watches I pay for cellular service, both aren’t getting it and I’ve paid hundreds in reconnect fees, even if my service was suspended for 10 mins. But my biggest issue, I got this watch for the advertisement of its ability to check your blood pressure. Upon arrival that changed, and the service was available through another app, you had to pay for, so I added that app, and now I need a blood pressure cuff? Well I have a machine already. Also the magnetic band maybe comfortable, but unlike the watch, it’s not waterproof and it’s a pain to clean, actually it doesn’t really come clean. Looks like cheap gold turning green after a while. Keep an eye on your plans as well, someone decided to upgrade my daughters plan, without my consent, then they locked my price on all my plans. As for spending hours on the phone with tech, yep it’s true, if you want any help, it will be hours, and there help is all in Pakistan. In addition since the last update, my watch started losing battery power, it stays on constantly and that little vibration is constantly going off. The red light under it has started to bother my skin, causing a rash. I know my skin has a lot of allergy and sensitivity issues, but never had an issue until now. I share a plan with my 3 children, all together we have 7 devices. I feel like Verizon is becoming more like AT&T everyday.

I upgraded from the series 6 to the 10. From the first day I received it there were cellular issues. I have small children at home and can't have my phone on me so I relied on the watch. I wanted to return it right away but was promised it would be "resolved" if I gave a chance. Was on chat for 8 days in a row minimum 2 hours each. No resolution. Kept missing calls and cellular data would go out. Last time I was on the phone with husband and call dropped because I was too far away from phone even though I have been paying monthly for cellular data. Turns out a lot of people have been having this issue. Was on chat for 4.5 hours last Friday and was told would get a label, followed up yesterday and was told again it would be sent by EOD. No label. On chat again today now. Probably total 22 hours with techs or reps trying to get the service that I paid for or resolution. Loved apple watch, don't get the 10.
